Natural Material Variations
All products created by Kenik Wood Works are handcrafted using natural wood and other materials that inherently vary in appearance. Wood is a living, organic material, and each piece possesses unique characteristics, including but not limited to grain patterns, figure, color, texture, knots, mineral streaks, burl formations, checking, and other natural features.
Product photographs are provided as representative examples. Due to the unique nature of wood, no two pieces will be identical. Variations in wood grain, coloration, figure, epoxy patterns, and other natural characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.
Colors may vary from actual products due to differences in computer monitor settings.
Additionally, wood may naturally respond to changes in temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions over time. Minor movement, expansion, contraction, or changes in appearance resulting from normal environmental conditions are natural characteristics of wood and do not constitute defects in materials or workmanship.
By purchasing products from Kenik Wood Works, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations as part of the beauty and uniqueness of handcrafted wood products.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, please contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns and request return authorization.
Custom orders, commissioned pieces, personalized items, and products made to customer specifications are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are determined to be defective.
Before returning any item, please contact us for return instructions.
Any merchandise believed to be defective must be reported and returned within five (5) days of receipt. Please include a written description of the defect with your return.
If your item arrives damaged, it is essential that you retain the original packaging and shipping materials, as these may be required to support an insurance claim with the carrier.
All returned items must be received in their original condition. Unless otherwise specified by Kenik Wood Works, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend insuring return shipments, as customers are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer and proof of delivery has been obtained, Kenik Wood Works is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers must contact the carrier, such as the United States Postal Service or FedEx, to locate packages marked as delivered.
Refunds will not be issued for packages reported as lost after delivery confirmation unless the merchandise is recovered and returned to Kenik Wood Works.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
